145/55/R15 tires is what you must use on your sambar .... because those wide tires really need alot of 'power' from the engine to make them move. 'power' that kei cars dont really have.

I think I read that 1.5 to 2 inch lifts are the best to use without having to modify the steering components

Yeah on suspension lifts 2" for sure mine was a body lift my own design

Okay he extended the steering but what about shocks & springs. Stretched them out to the max which may increase travel on shocks. Also the tail gate gap must be 2 inches as well, how did he lock or connect the tail gate? Don't get me wrong, it looks perfect, which is exactly what I'm aiming for as well with my Sambar but not sure if I can disconnect the whole truck from the frame as there are really no how to videos on UA-cam to reference. He took 6 hours & I think it would take me 3-5 days to complete. As for all the other Kei Trucks you can get lift kits for like $200 but the Sambar are over $400 bucks... Coil springs even worst. Does anyone know which coil springs fit on Sambar's?

It's a body lift, not a suspension lift. And since the body and bed are lifted together there are no issues with the latches.

What's your top speed around. I like the Honda acty but these are supposedly faster

@@07350zhr top speed is 70 thats why I buy Subaru they all have 5 speed
