You can use a PS Move on PS3 (with House of the Dead III and II) , and also Capcom released their own gun for Ps3 with a collection of Time Crisis titles. Both work perfectly on any TV/Projector.

There is a little mistake here. The PS2 also had Gunfighter 2, the sucessor to Gunfighter for PS1 which also was a lightgun shooter! Also you did forget Ninja Asssult by Namco!😊 The Xbox had the Silent Scope collection wich included Silent Scope 1-3 and Silemt Scope EX! There was even a costumisable Lightgun for the original Xbox that lets you transform it to a Sniper Rifle wich was needed so bad in this game as it was about snipers. I just forgot the name of the gun, but i know it is a green one! But thank you so much for this Video! This Sinden Lightgun's gonna be mine as soon as it works with consoles sem problems!

Light gun games on consoles was a dime a dozen back in the day. Then came the 1993 congressional hearings on video game violence. Konami included The Justifier light gun with the home versions of the game. The Justifier was held by Senator Joe Lieberman during the widely publicized Congressional hearing regarding violent video games on December 9, 1993. Gun violence today has placed many obstacles for video game developers still wanting to create gun games. Ironic we can play a shooter with a virtual gun, but not a physically controller in the shape of a gun. The technology does work on modern tv's. No doubt about that. Duck Hunt has been moded to work. I do not believe video games creates violent people. I do believe when developers want to create a game using a light gun, "There's too many questions." I say, if you can get ahold of a working light gun, grab it. The market for retro gaming still does exist today...
Love me some light guns! 🔫 I have the gray and the orange NES Zapper (I have my original SMB/Duck Hunt, and Freedom Force), and Lethal Enforcers 1 and 2 for Genesis, with the blue Konami Justifier... and I just got a set of CIB Lethal Enforcers for Super Famicom with the blue Justifier, and a CIB pink Player 2 Justifier! I'm totally stoked!
@@Pacmancase I gotta make sure my Lethal Enforcers SFC cartridge, blue SFC/SNES Justifier and pink Justifier all work together... I can't read Japanese though, and haven't had time to look it up, yet. They're in beautiful condition, though. My Sega Genesis blue Justifier isn't in terrible shape, but the Super Famicom one I just got is bright as hell compared to it.

This gun unfortunately is only compatible with PS2 and Xbox. Nothing else. If youre looking for a gun that works the exact same way and is compatible with Mame/PC, PS2, Dreamcast... you're best bet is the Ultimarc Aimtrak gun!
I think the problem with this and why we will most likely never see someone invest time or money to make on is most people have unrealistic expectations.I have played many light gun games from arcades to crt's and every console in between and it is never 100% accurate. Also the cheap factor of the customer. most won't pay for arcade quality they just want it to be $10 Ferrari quality.

Hi Pacmancase, great video! Your video was the main reason that motivated me to search and buy the RGT G1 light gun. I found a second hand light gun last week and had a chance to check it out on my Xbox: House of the Dead III and Silent Scope. With HOTD3 it works great, but I haven't been able to get it to work with HOTD2, I can move around the menus of the game, start the game, but in the end the game doesn't detect my shots. Any advice? Have you been able to play HOTD2? Thanks in advance. Great channel!

I have the atgames SEGA genesis. With over 1000 games on a SD card. I would love to find a light gun that I could use on it with my LCD tv. My problem is finding something that has the original plug. Pacmancase so the Sinden Lightgun? After looking all over for the right Lightgun I will look into the Sinden Gun, I made a lot of mistakes purchasing a EMS TopGun 3 which is total garbage and spent almost 300.00 on it :(
@@TheAccountant1000 Really, is the EMS TopGun 3 really that bad? I have a topgun 2, that works really well, sadly no drivers for windows 10 though and I had to hack windows 7 to get that to work. I'm Thinking about a Sinden, but I wish it had a button on the handle like the TopGun models. Also, the white boarder kinda sucks, but I guess it's not much different than needing a light bar.

Nope, it just reads via sensor above TV. Pretty archaic for today's standards but absolutely usable.

Its not perfect by any means decent accuracy. Lag was minimal. It takes a little getting used to but I found it enjoyable to play with.

I'm not sure. The devices camera does have USB but I'm not sure how it would integrate into PC. I just use mine for PS2 and OGXbox games.
