Presenting slides on digital signs can be tricky if you do not know how to format them to portrait orientation. Watch this video to learn how to format slides to vertical orientation in Google slides as well as for PowerPoint presentations.
For Google slides, go to the file tab, then page setup. Here you will click the drop-down and choose custom. Enter 1080x1920 pixels or whatever custom format you need. Click apply, then you are all set to present your slides in vertical orientation.
For PowerPoint, go to the design tab and select slide size. On the drop-down choose custom slide size. On this page you can choose either portrait orientation or add custom dimensions if desired. That's it, your PowerPoint presentation slides are now in vertical format.
