That Fort and Green shot really bring back childhood memories. However, the neighborhoods are gone and so is my dad's grocery store. Thanks for the updates of the bridge as well.
All those vacant lots where there used to be houses built: Are they for sale? I think it would be a great idea if the gov't (city, county, state or federal), would help individuals build single-family homes on them so that huge corporations don't come in and build those ghastly condos that have sprung up all over the country.
Imagine if a century's worth of profits. Was re invested in the communities which were affected by a bridge. The entire time. Owner of ambassador thought he had exclusive right to own all international bridges crossing a river. And spent a ton of time and money trying to halt progress.
You clearly have an interest in the neighborhood. Will be interesting to see, if you have the staying power, how unseen policies encourage revitalization and growth, or just allow the area to languish. Would be interesting to see also what information you can uncover and share about what must be a most special joint between the steel bridge and the land-based road. Hmmm, uncharacteristic “palsy” in your video this time. Doesn’t appear to be particularly windy . . . What is the plan for Harrington St ? Divided lanes are typically a sign of affluence, and that appears to be cut and both ends ?

It's most likely owned by the city or a bank.
Looks like the piers are sinking, we have a big problem.
