I support Y Patton because most of the business man in Nagaland are non local and they are not paying even state income tax.. So most probably that could be reason ..

If Nagas don't pay tax,Indian Govt. will give separate flag & Constitution so that Nagas may print own money .

You guys did a great job..Sabka Vishwas legacy Dispute Resolution Scheme 2019 is a scheme which provides relief to the tax payers.
Take away points: Always ask for proper bills after you buy anything.
To make it more simpler take for example:
You buy "perfume" of MRP Rs. 1000. The actual price would be around 820+gst 180(18%)=1000.
You have already paid GST with your own money directly to the govt. Now it is the duty of the shop owner to hand your money over to Revenue Officer.
But when you don't ask bill or when they don't give you bill, you 180 Rs. goes to the pocket of the shopkeeper. (This practice is call tax evasion)
Therefore we are entitled for development

@along walym, the good result of appointing underqualified people to govt services through back door appointment. Gotta learn on their own, no need to spoon feed them. They don't deserve it.
