- UST Head Coach Kungfu Reyes said he's proud of the team for fighting until the end. He also mentioned how impressed he was by Xyza Gula for stepping up when the team needed it the most, Cassie Carballo for her great setting despite being short, and Detdet Pepito's solid leadership.

mental fortitude nalang kulang... nandun na eh... lakas nito next season jusko... other Teams need to really find ways to create and build that speed dahil kung tangkad lang pero mabagal kakainin sila ng mga agile na players and magagaling na setters like UST and NU...
UST fought tooth and nail up to the very last game with NU and even came closed of clinching Game 2, but NU just showed why they are the top seeded. But disposing of heavyweights like La Salle and Ateneo is a mean feat itself.
Magagaling ang rookies ng Uste at NU, sana sila magharap uli sa finals 👍
