INGREDIENTS:
100g (4oz) dark chocolate digestive biscuits, crushed
50g (2oz) butter, melted
200g (7oz) Belgian white chocolate, chopped
300ml (10fl oz) double cream
300g (10oz) full-fat cream cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
100g (4oz) dark chocolate (39 per cent cocoa solids)

Just going through the comments I can really tell that some people forget that they are sending this to a human being who has feelings. UA-camrs are people too. Also, just because he is a grown man doesn't mean that he knows everything about baking. Everyone is ignorant about something and have different ways of dealing with them. Some people laugh them off and understand that they are not capable of everything.

And there is no way in hell mum would let me but all that stuff to fuck up the kitchen even more
you dont need a spring form tin I make all my cheese cakes in a normal tin and you always use a hand whisk which is what I used to before I got an electric whisk. ☆

U dont need a springform tin...u can use any tin like a cake tin anything just use what u use to bake a normal cake....i use a aluminium one.....and u dont need an electric whisk......i dont have it so i just do my hand... Electric mix is just faster....by hand is the same👍🏼

The dark chocolate probably went all clumpy because you got water in the.mix somehow, either from not drying the bowl after washing or splash back from the saucepan :)

Lydia Wright true! But it happens gradually, water will make the chocolate seize and clump together like it did in the video.
Or Jim could have burnt it as it looked like the bowl was touching the water. The finished thing looked soooooo good though :)
