- The season 2013/14 is ending soon and from this season I take a few memories with me that I will never forget. I have reached at least the semi finals in one category in EVERY major tournament I played this season. I have improved a lot and reached the semi finals in the Swedish Championships which ment a lot to me. yeah I know, it sucks. as I have written as comments and in the description box on other videos, I can't, when I save the project in HD it is 360p when I upload it :( I have no idea why but of course I will work hard so I can upload in HD again :) though I think the quality now, 480p, is good enough to enjoy the video. Or what do you think?
yes its good enough but badminton prefers more of a 1080 p right? xD

Love the videos and especially the music. You're pretty good, bit young for knee supports though!
thank you but I don't agree that I'm too young for wearing knee supports. I know a lot of players in my age that has inflammations in their knees. It's easy to get it when you trains a lot, more than 12 hours a week :)

Park Eun Wan great endurance ang stamina,can you share the ways that how you train your stamina?
YongHao Fok well, there are A LOT of ways to train your stamina. Personaly I like to train it at the same time as you practise explosivity. One excercise that you can do is this one:
Step 1: Perform sidejumps over two empty tubes where you put shuttles in. Form the tubes as a T by placing one onto the other.
Step 2: After you have performed an amount of jumps (you can decide which amount) you make a run of about 20 meters or more.
Step 3: Jog back to the tubes.
Step 4: Start all over again.
Then do that quite many times and you will get fast, explosive and you will have a good stamina. Another thing that is good to do is interval training. In badminton you should perform short intervals because of the shortness of the rallies. Run 15 seconds and rest 15 and do that 60 times with a rest after 30. Hope you will get a better stamina and remember that you must do it more than one time to get a result. You must have the disciplin to train as often as you are able to, without getting injured :)

nope not daily but a few times a week

haha yes I am. Actually I will be in Gothenburg this weekend to play the largest tournament in Sweden, Gothenburg Open!

No it's in alelyckan. Yes I am in A Class but hopefully I Will be elite classed next season. This weekend I Will play U17 though. I Will start to play 12:50 on friday
