    Bhajia :
    Onion - 3 Nos medium Thinly Sliced
    Green Chilli - 2 Nos Finely Chopped Ginger Finely Chopped
    Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
    Salt
    Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
    Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
    Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 Tsp
    Besan/gram Flour - 4 Tbsp
    Rice Flour - 2.5 Tbsp
    1.5 tbsp mustard, olive or refined oil
    2-4 tsp water if needed in the end if batter is too dry
    Some oil to brush
    1) Take onion, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and asafoetida powder.
    2) Mix well and add besan, rice flour to this mixture.
    4) Mix again and let it sit for 10 mins.
    AIR FRY ONION BHAJI - Preheat the Air fryer to 400F / 200C for 10 minutes.
    Brush the air fryer basket with oil, if you put parchment paper make many holes in it.
    Add small lumps of the fritter batter into a basket without touching each other.
    Brush a little oil on the top. Air fry for
    10-12 minutes, rotating at halftime.
    Brush again with a little oil.
