  • We hit up 33rd St station on the Philadelphia Subway-Surface Tunnel. This is the first stop trolleys make underground separated from the shared portion of the Market St Tunnel where the Market-Frankford El uses the inner tracks. You can hear Market-Frankford Train pass underneath this station since the trolley is connected to it towards the east. Every trolley line except the 15 Girard Ave Trolley uses this station. Even the 10 Trolley before it branches off and heads over to West Philadelphia. The 33rd Street Stn is quiet most of the time but it provides handy to those in Drexel University. Ridership here is pay-as-you-enter rather than paying at faregate line or turnstile.
