I own a couple rentals in the US and have been thinking about buying something overseas that I can airbnb when I'm not there, so the types of vids where you can see an example via a walk through is useful. I stayed at a 2 bd 2 bath 1200sqft condo 2 years ago in Jamaica where they also were building out the complex. They had condos under construction that were still available that were on the cliffs of Negril overlooking the ocean. Wish I could have afforded one but the base cost was $350k. Hell of a deal for what you were getting though.
Question for you B World hope you don't mind answering, first question you being a traveling man between the two Cartagena and Dominican republic where does your US 🇺🇸 dollars go further where can you get more for your dollars also in the DR what area would you say is the the closest and safest and has luxury condos and homes but close to sosua, Puerto Plata, caberetta ?
Daniel B Hey Daniel regarding the strength of the US dollar I would say Colombia from my experience and I have stayed in both places for a month. I’m not sure about Puerto Plata because I haven’t ventured out into Puerto Plata but I have visited someone condo in Cabarete and it was really nice as well as the beach and overall area.

Over there you do not need condo reserve for the the roof since they make solid concrete roof that last for ever.
I think if they need 2 investors to start each build, they may be cash strapped, so be very careful.
Two investors probably pay for the entire four unit building. They're making sure they don't go in the red
