PAN AM CLIPPER cocktail

PAN AM CLIPPER
Subtle apple with a lime finish. Not sweet, very refreshing sipper! Pilot’s notes, 1939. Comes in at 32% ABV.
MIXING NOTES: Use ¾ lime juice, not 1 as shown in video, as 1 is too strong using my local limes. Use Laird’s bonded Brandy, not applejack. Use Rose’s grenadine for a pink color cocktail (but it gives up taste). Liber grenadine is good. Any absinthe should do.

¾ Persian lime juice (fresh)
1tsp handcrafted grenadine
4drps Lucid Absinthe (France 124 proof)
Shake cracked ice, strain coupe, ice shard
