I'm 51 I saw this man run when I was a teenager OMG, I tried the goggles, the rib pads, the neck roll, went to practice tried to run and realized there was only one Eric Dickerson.he was so smooth! Greatness.
Eric Dickerson was amazing! I loved watching him run! He would cut back and run for 30 yards over and over again what a treat it was to watch. GOD bless ED! GO RAMS!!!!
No body ran like Dickerson, he had the body of Derrick Henry, damn near the speed of Chris Johnson, shiftiness of Warrick Dunn and the pass catching skills that rival the best receivers in the NFL. He was the complete back.
Was gonna say this same thing. Guys with his measurables that can run like he did don't stick at RB anymore. Somebody 6'3 200 lbs coming outta HS gettin moved to WR or safety
Well done Fellas thank you for bringing on the Great Eric Dickerson I enjoyed every minute of this Beautiful segment well done my Faithful Sermons and I hope and 🙏🙏🙏👈 that you guys will get many more Beautiful Blessings in the near future other than that like I said I love every minute of this Beautiful Segment my Brother's. 🙏🙏🙏💪💪👈👈
There is no running back to day to even come close to Eric Dickerson. Not a good question to ask one of the greatest running backs of all time. Super fast Eric Dickerson.
Man I really enjoyed this interview with the great Eric Dickerson. I especially liked what he said to the young people at 3:40 and then his father's quote at 9:45
Idk.. I'd have to say Big Derek Henry is as close to Eric as I've seen just because of his sheer size and the way he runs with his body leading. ... But I agree tho.. there's nobody that runs like HE DID!! But I'd say Big Henry is a good Second best!!!
I completely agree with you. Honestly I truly do believe that he is the greatest of all time. I think the stat about him that is completely underrated is that he reached 10,000 career rushing yards in the fewest amount of games by any RB.
Eric Dickerson is the GOAT as NFL RBs in my opinion!!
1984..crazy season with Eric Dickerson and Dan Marino breaking records left, right and centre 😊

@@jonnykilroy9762 in some cases edge or linebacker depending on the defensive scheme.
Great interview !
Love the way ED tells NFL stories. Definitely a real one.
Eric Dickerson One if a kind
Great interview! Eric Dickerson has some good stories.
Thanks. It was a pleasure sitting down with him.
Throw us a sub while you're here. We have a bunch more.
Eric Dickerson is the best!!!!!!! Go Rams
ED had his own style…cool & fast
Sholl Right.... with the goggles 🕶
The "David Ruffin" of running backs and he was ballet in cleats. A LEGEND for sure. #29
Eric was the Man! Must watch TV, when the Rams were on. He took a mediocre team to the playoffs, but one man can’t win it all. HOF baby!
All facts!
Smooth as the day is long
That mouth piece Eric, and Walter Peyton use to rock was the shit ,back in the day👍🏾
When I saw Dickerson wearing #19 and killin' it in college... woo! Was breakin' big time runs. The rest was history
John Riggins is the name that Eric was taliking about at 25:20. Great interview !!
He completely said the wrong name and then I said John Riggings.
RIGGO #44 for the 'Skins
He was talking about Larry Brown of the redskins. His number was 43. If you lesson, he says Larry twice.
@@lesliefryer8304 He was talking about John Riggins

I always wanted to be Eric Dickerson in little league, He is why the Rams now.🌎💯
He most definitely is 🔥
Me too.
My favorite running back of all time
Definitely one of the all time greats!
My favorite running back. He ran pretty!
🔥 Great stories!!
Much appreciated, glad you enjoyed this one.🙏🏾

Nobody tells stories like Eric Dickerson.
ED was a joy to watch, and I could listen him reading off directions to assemble furniture for an hour.

I'm happy for you. Great show!
Thanks for checking us out. Tell a friend to tell a friend. 🙏🏾

Without a doubt my favorite eclipsing Tony Dorsett. And acknowledging inspired Chris Johnson.
Great job guys!
Marcus was my favorite, but Dickerson was the best RUNNER. This was fun.
Eric is' right nobody👍🏾
If Eric stayed with the rams, he would own every major rushing record today. He and earl Campbell were a treat to watch.
All them og players all rb and wr and db should line up and run the 40
You trying to have them lose their retirement benefits?😂😂
Wow, great interview!
Much appreciated
He’s the gold standard.
25:19 - John Riggins
Thanks
Eric's physical gifts made me feel sorry for all the other running backs.
I remember when Vince got hurt ,in Eric's rookie year, the last time he had a real quarterback.

DH may have a chance if they have a good TE who can pull a safety of LB out of the box.
When they start talking about all-time great running back the conversation to begin with his name

"Sweetness" and you all know who I'm talking about
47 Gap hit it and get it tail lights baby
That's right Eric nobody ran like you
With all due Respect Brother Eric.
GOD is not a " man" upstairs.
HE is not a " man " that HE should lie.
GOD Bless
OMFG . . . total GOATNESS . . . ‼️🐏🏈💙💛‼️
the Rams *did* f**k it up . . . blame John Shaw and Georgia Frontiere . . . 🤬😥
ED rookie record pretty untouchable RB are in committees & offenses pass first only chance is a supreme receiving RB Faulk, CMC level.
Overtake the end zone. Eric
👏👏👏👏👏
There should be goggles on that hof statue.
ED#29 was definitely a . . . 🦄

ED29 John Riggins
He did it in 16 games....OJ Simpson did it in 14 games.
4.28 and 4.30 forty time for a man 6 "3" and 225 pounds!
He was a rare RB...BUT... he got his ass handed to him on many occasion. And he never won. Ego is a strange thing
Terrell Davis could have broken the record the year he had over 2,000. He sat out a bunch because Denver had big leads.
Denver's O-lines were so good back then that anybody could've ran thru those massive holes that got opened up.
Could've, would've should've.
SMU
Pᵣₒmₒˢᵐ 😴
Nobody's going to break that record because they're not ED
