There was a traditional band that flew for this performance and his parents were also there because of it and he dedicated the song to his parents. The episode was recorded in october and Dimash posted now, a day before this episode came out, in his Instagram that his dream i coming true, a kazak song is seen in american television. Then it was not shown at all and he deleted the post right after the show was aired 😭 Hope he has an other chance to show his culture, but I am sure the band does not travel many times to America so maybe it is just other songs then 😣

Thank you Rashed, The reason why Dimash has his Kazakh outfit on is because he sang 2 songs Daididau and All by my self. But CBS only showed the second one. And chopped his music and mixed parts. Even the third judge had her comments cut and instead of being positive it turned out negative!!!! It’s always pleasant listening to your comments. 😍 Greetings from Italy. And he sang Daididau there but they cut it and didn't show it.. We all know that Dimash was so happy about it, he thought Usa will know Kazak culture.. He even said something about it under his post... But then, he removed it from under this post. Because he was upset. They selling Dimash to people only because of his vocal range. But Dimash, his family and we Dears... We didn't deserve it.. Dimash doesn't deserve it. He is a really good human and perfect singer, musician. It's so sad that Dimash will be sad there... :/

Thank you for your reaction. Unfortunately, the nature of these type of shows they cut/edit for commercials and time-constraints. TV audience do not benefit from full performances, only judges and studio saw full performances. There was a reason for Dimash traditional robes, TV audience did not see this. It is disappointing, but it is what it is.
It's BS; most songs are 4-5 minutes for a reason. It's especially a disservice to someone like Dimash who's so good at building tension up for the grand, final acts of his songs. You were begging for it in his other performances of All By Myself but here it just came suddenly out of nowhere.
I just wish the TV audience was able to watch the full performance like the people there. It is very disrespectful for Dimash that they cut the part where is showing his culture and music. It is not a coincidence that he is dressed in his traditional costume. Musicians from his country flew all over to the US to play for the Kazak folk song that was cut out. I am so dissapointed of this show. 😒
