GottaGoFast Sonic, you have to slow down to avoid few mistakes just take your time. If you stop speedrunning the Jump King Game you wouldn’t have messed up.

You know, you have quite the option of the game I want you to play which is Sonic Before the Sequel, Sonic Before the Sequel Aftermath, Sonic After the Sequel, Sonic Chrono Adventure, Freedom Planet, Freedom Planet 2, and Spark the Electric Jester. (Any one of the trilogy) You could also try Sonic GT.

Sonic I know that Rage is not easy to control but I am going to tell you something important that helps me out when I am mad. I usually breath in and hold for 4 seconds and breath out slowly and repeat. You should try it yourself and maybe that can help prevent your dark side from coming out.
