Understandable this isn't ideal for fish tacos the night you catch the fish but icing it down for 24 hours really helps set the meat and makes it easier to skin.
Lol. Ive done something similar, but on a smaller scale.. Found a jackall squirrel hooked in a mangrove root, tied it on and proceeded to hook something to have the slightly corroded split ring fail. Lol. Didn't hook up on anything else all day.
