Ordering from china via Allnet sucks! I ordered Rock5b from allnet the order was confirmed on November 11th. 7-15 “working “days I was told. It’s December 5th and I still didn’t receive what I paid for 24 days ago smh! Maybe I should have spent my money on the khadas edge 2 . They deal with Amazon and when I ordered the khadas vim 4 I received it in three days! Radxa and allnet sucks!

I must respectfully amend my previous comment. Radxa doesn’t suck. Allnet is slow but they did deliver. My issue was with usps. Blessings

Can you check if you can power this board with regular 5V 3A adapter?
I was able to power it using rpi4 5.1 3a power supply.
