what do we have to do to get this guy on the radio, he deserves some recognition
If he is on an INDEPENDANT LABEL, it's not easy. Those radio people stick together like glue and INDEPENDANTS just don't fit in. It's very sad because there are so many doing great work that get shafted by the powers to be. In my opinion they are screwing themselves because i have stopped listening to their 25 song play lists. They beat us to death with their favs and leave out some of the best.
Hey Steve👋
How are you doing today!?
Call in when they ask for requests, most stations especially in small towns love fresh new music to play

@@feliciatorres5766 Great to hear that
which of my songs do you love most.. and hope you have ever been to any of my concert before?
Here is a love story about the couple described in the song lyrics:
Savannah had been dreaming about leaving their small town ever since she was a kid. Growing up, she felt stifled by the quiet roads, the single water tower with her last name proudly displayed, and the overall lack of opportunity. Her boyfriend Jackson, on the other hand, loved the comfortable pace of life and taking things slow like the old tractor tires lazily rolling down Main Street.
From the moment they met in 7th grade, there was an undeniable spark between them. Savannah was drawn to Jackson's warm smile and country charm, while he was captivated by her restless spirit and ambition. They fell deeply in love over the years, even as it became clear their life goals were taking different paths.
As graduation approached, Savannah became more determined than ever to escape and chase her big city dreams. She applied to colleges in places like New York and Los Angeles - anywhere with a skyline taller than their tiny water tower. Jackson supported her aspirations, but he knew in his heart that he belonged right there, working on his family's ranch and enjoying the simple life.
The night before Savannah left for the West Coast, they spent one last evening together, driving down the old dirt roads in Jackson's beat-up Chevy truck. Savannah had some red dirt clay caked on her boots from an afternoon horseback ride - just one of the small town charms she'd miss. Under the brilliant sunset, Jackson pulled over and poured his heart out.
"I'll love you forever, Savannah. But we both got dreams that are calling us different ways," he said with tears in his eyes. "Your dreams are as big as the cities you're going to take on. Mine are right here under this southern sun."
Savannah nodded, crying too but understandingThat night, under a canopy of stars, they made bittersweet love one last time before her dad came to get her at dawn to drive her to the airport. With the sunrise peeking over the horizon, Savannah took one last look at the rusty barbed wire fences and open fields surrounding her hometown. She knew Jackson would always be there for her with a front porch view whenever she returned to visit. But her future was destined for a towering balcony overlooking the bright lights of the big city.
Their paths diverged from that dusty country road, but their youthful love would forever remain - as impossible to contain as Savannah's wanderlust or Jackson's steadfast roots. Though separated by miles, they each carried the other's dreams safely in their hearts.

CONNER SMITH (2021) - WHY I CAN´T LEAVE (Traducción en español)
You never did care too much for this two lane town, did you, babe?
You've been talking 'bout getting out, chasing them dreams down since seventh grade
Has estado hablando de marcharte, persiguiendo aquellos sueños de séptimo curso
And I can't blame you for the way God made you
You need more skyline than a water tower with your name on it
And I need more Chevrolet with a little bit of red dirt clay on it
And that's just you and that's just me
Y así eres tú y así soy yo
And that's just the way it's gotta be
Yeah, the main street's slow like them old tractor tires
Little rough around the edges like that rusty barbed wire
Baby, I know that ain't your speed
Cariño, sé que no es lo tuyo
That's why you can't stay, that's why I can't leave
You need more stations on your radio
Necesitas más emisoras en tu radio
Them kind of places where the corn don't grow
Baby, I love you, but we both got dreams
Cariño, te amo, pero ambos tenemos sueños
That's why you can't stay, that's why I can't leave
We had a good run under that Southern sun, didn't we?
Disfrutamos un tiempo bajo aquel sol sureño ¿verdad?
And you can call me up, and I'll fill you in if you're missing this town and me
I need a front porch view, but you need a balcony and
No matter what, you know where I'll be
Sin importar qué, sabes donde estaré
Where the main street's slow like them old tractor tires
Little rough around the edges like that rusty barbed wire
Baby, I know that ain't your speed
Cariño, sé que no es lo tuyo
That's why you can't stay, that's why I can't leave
You need more stations on your radio
Necesitas más emisoras en tu radio
Them kind of places where the corn don't grow
Baby, I love you, but we both got dreams
Cariño, te amo, pero ambos tenemos sueños
That's why you can't stay, that's why I can't leave
Oh, oh, oh
Yeah, that's why I can't leave
Sí, por eso no puedo irme
Yeah, the main street's slow like them old tractor tires
Little rough around the edges like that rusty barbed wire
Baby, I know that ain't your speed
Cariño, sé que no es lo tuyo
That's why your daddy's out there loading up your Jeep
Yeah, them Friday night lights ain't your kinda shine
Wish I could, but I can't say it ain't mine
Little town like this, what you get is what you see
That's why you can't stay, that's why I can't leave
No, I can't leave
NO, no puedo irme
Honestly sorry I love this I miss my heart and soul don't loose yours 💔 thank you 🤗 beautiful 😢❤️😭😭
