The Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway signifies the coming of age of Cebu, said historian Dr. Jose Eleazar Bersales. The structure, according to Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan, is an important catalyst for further expansion of Cebu.
