A platformer extreme is way easier than a normal extreme
especially when he keeps the save
It annoys me because I feel like the difficulty standard for platformer extremes is good but at the same time it’s still way easier than regular extremes I just can’t make up my mind on whether the platformer demon difficulty standards are fucked or not
@thefunnydoge They are mega fucked imo. I'd say fury of 500 is around medium/hard demon difficulty for a normal level.

@@thefunnydoge Maybe a hard demon to compromise. I guess it depends on how much you value number of checkpoints for platformer levels(length). Personally I find that playtime alone is not a indicator of difficulty. It's more about the difficulty of the sections. For example I'd say the towerverse is around 8 star, just really long.

His timer is probably overall with pauses and stuff like if he takes a break and pauses his timer keeps going
The platformer save progress mod doesn't account for that

You have officially now passed my time when beating this. I wish you good luck on the final 100 rooms (technically less than that but whatever you know what I mean). I may be remembering this incorrectly, but the final rooms (400-499) are not that hard compared to previous rooms, it's only really room 500 that's the main issue. 500 can take a while to complete since it requires so much precision, but I believe that you can do it. I mean hey, you have gotten this far so I think you have got this! :D
My hardest classic demon is a Hard Demon, and I’ve beaten How to platformer and Fury of 500. They’re both really difficult, but each room is somewhat short and they start off pretty easy for a little bit

i know a lot of ppl have said that platformer extremes dont count as extremes but i disagree. however, *because* classic and platformers are entirely different gamemodes, u should prolly say that it is a platformer in the title, since most ppl think of classic extremes when they see "extreme demon" with no other context

It’s honestly kinda clickbait to say you’re a beginner beating an “extreme demon”
Sure it’s the hardest difficulty for both platformer and classic modes but the standard of difficulty is so much higher for classic and when people mention extreme demons they almost always think of classic first as it’s been the main mode of the game for over 10 years.

Platformer extremes are difficult. Fury of 500 took me 5000 attempts which is more than some beginner classic extremes took me.
