My handle is staying in the open position and i have to manually push it back into position for the door to close properly. Would replacing just the handle solve this problem?

I see how to replace the whole assembly. But how do I replace just the silver handle? not the whole assembly.

What reason are you replacing just the handle? Wondering if my issue is the same
