I'm helping a vet friend with claims. She has a 40% rating received many years ago. I'm wondering if she has a disability claim denied a long time ago, is there a time window to refile using the supplemental 0995 or should she use a new 526. Any thoughts would be helpful. Mario Guerrero

I need to file an intent to file for several other conditions, but I am afraid they will reset the date on the claims already in process. Should I submit the Intent to file? I haven't received my C-file yet, when I do I will be needing the services of Hill and Patton.
When you go to VA .Gov to file your claims, you will be asked if the conditions you’re are filing for are “due directly to new illness or injury, or due to an already service connected condition”. You would just check the corresponding answer, and that lets them know if it’s secondary or not…
So how can I get 100% and off 100% UE? I'm 90% disability with 100% UE. Also can I be a care giver for my husband that's 100% disabled with the VA as well.
My decision letter says to fail to show clinically diagnosed. I had in service event injury or experience. The letter does not state to obtain a current diagnosis or by whom. STRs sf 600 says treatment diagnosis treated organization signed by provider. Why would I need a clinically diagnosed?
