Fantastic memories, i went to Speedwell Cavern when i was a child, the man pushed the boat by his feet on the top and lying on his back in places lol Great experience. Thank you for uploading.
I think that's the way they used to move canal boats through tunnels to. My pleasure! :-)
I remember that as well. I went back in the late 70's and the guide was hilarious...all the lighting i saw here seems to take away some of the mystique unfortunately...
I went here on my trip 😭 😅
Edit and the bat lollll!
I’ve literally just gone here
been down there many many yrs ago amazing place
Went to the Devi’s asre today it’s very cool , but not worth the money £15 for adults an £6 for the kids it takes about 45 to 50 minutes long , it’s not as long as I fort it would be , before you know it your at the end and turning back .. but my boy did really enjoyed it so it all good .. thanks
I think we'd better get used to living in a society where everything 'costs' innit?! lol Yep, am with you mate! I do think there's room for a couple of scary effects down there though!
It's hilarious to hit the people in front on their helmets on the boats; they think they hit their heads on the roof lol.
Helmets very necessary by the looks of things ! :-)
+psyclonesteve Very much so, you can hear mine scrape the rocks as we go into the tunnel!
Yes, I went today and the walls are very low, they are very necessary.

The most claustrophobic place on Earth. I hated every second of it.

As an American, I've never heard of either of these places, thanks so much for sharing.
