Laura and the PI team then sit down to discuss the results and compare where Laura fits in with UFC athletes.

Laura is a gem. She works hard, is great on the mic, is respectful to the fighters and looks damn fine if I may add.
Forest really took an opportunity and ran with it. One of the few dudes that was getting a paycheck and coming to work on a daily. He didn't just have his hand out after his fighting career was over. That's why he wasn't cut from the UFC like some of the others were.

@@conciseviewllc1531 he has been well compensated for his fight with Bonnor. They both were. Maybe not at the time...but as soon as the company started making money they were well taken care of.
Yeah I would say a lot of it has to do with him and Bonner taking the UFC to a whole other level and the fact Forest became champion. It’s hard to compare Forest with the rest as of hand outs. But you’re right he was a cop before becoming a fighter so he has that Blue collar worker in him. It’s funny though because Dana kept Chuck on the payroll as well until they got bought out. I believe the the new owners didn’t want to keep his salary so they let him go. But good ole Forest found a good role for himself. Vast difference from Bonner’s exit it’s sad for the fighters that help build the sport have nothing just a few years after retirement. But sadly that’s how it goes for the majority. R.I.P To the American Psycho!

If laura trained like an active fighter im sure she would be at the top range on most of these tests, what a beast!
They are comparing her to Strawweight because UFC doesn't have an Atomweight division, she was (and is) an Atomweight. Essentially they're comparing a 155er to a Welterweight. Shes a monster when you consider that!
I'm pretty sure she still trains alot, this is just her not being in her prime still very good results anyways
Would love a chance to do this at the P.I. very entertaining and love that Laura and Forrest are a part of the UfC. Hope the future of our sport has fighters judging fights. Don't nessecarily care for ESPN to put their people in the spots that retired fighters should have. All of the fighters should give commentating and training the newer generation of fighters in every aspect. Just my opinion, you'll see the growth of our sport from the past and the present!
The Ali Act Needs To Be Amended Legislated into MMA, Former light heavyweight heavyweight champion Randy couture is advocating for it.
I know they don't have the data for atom weight or anyone her age, but as much as she cracks jokes about it as if she's weak or whatever, it's pretty obvious that if she was up against people her weight she'd be doing really well... Factor in her age bracket and she's probably in some 99% of all women in her demographic.
That’s awesome that she’s still that competitive with active straw weight fighters when she’s 39 and just working out recreationally. We can all only hope to have results that good.
*correction: I thought that she said 49 when I watched it the first time. Still amazing, but that makes so much more sense now.

The other way and I am not comparing her to Colby. but she probably maintains the same weight and trains year around. If you called Street Jesus out of the blue, he would probably flunk the test. A lot of active fighters don't train year around they walk around at a weight that they don't fight at.
