I just got this in the Green Apple, it's such a happy color. It's a fantastic chopper and I love the whisking disc. I added a tablespoon of sugar free instant vanilla pudding to the heavy cream and used the puree function. The results was thicker than just whipped cream, it was more like a mousse consistency...great for a light dessert or snack. Adding the instant pudding helps to stabilize the whipped cream and it doesn't break up when storing the leftovers.
I love the Green Apple color. My KitchenAid mixer is Green Apple. It makes me happy every time I look at it. Funny story: I talked non-stop about how much I wanted the mixer in Green Apple. My DH gifted me the: black one. Beyond me why. I guess he just wasn't listening or thought I wasn't serious. I returned it that day and got the Green Apple one. This has nothing to do with this food processor. Sorry.
Than you for showing how to put the down onto the base an then lock the bowl. Thanks for showing how to put the lid on. Wish you had showed how you remove the lid before I had to go to another UA-cam video to see how to do this. Wish you would mention how to put the stainless steel blade on. I had to do this trial and error. My manual is confusing. The illustration to take the lid off is reversed.
2:40 She says "Righty tighty" as she turns it to the left (CCW) to lock it in place, LOL, 3:00 wisking assessory Hahaha, 12:57 "take it to a puree"( consistency of a creamy paste ) and it looks like a fine chop, LMAO.
too bad that this unit has a warning that was exposed to certain chemicals or some part in the fabrication process, I had to return, and for real the blades and plastic had a chemical smell to it, even after I washed it and even soaked that in soapy water the smell was stil there so just be aware
