I was there last year. After a long day I finally saw a bear but down the road near some homes. I’m going back in two weeks in July

Do you think a sedan can navigate these roads safely or would an SUV be required?

yes, the roads are well maintained

can I expect to se bears in the wintertime or do they hibernate? I plan to visit tomorrow (Dec 28).
