Selected candidates will undergo 4 months classroom training program, 2 months on the job training & 6 months internship.
From 13th Month onwards start working as Executive Sales Trainee with Salary 3Lakh /annum

Yes indeed you are right. But they push you to your limits after these programs may do good jobs in other fields. In the initial year of career troubling is ok!! At least you get some good or bed experience

Which type of questions will ask in face to face interview ? Like insurance based or any other bank related questions ...?
Well questions related to insurance will not be asked as they are hiring fresher. the focus will on Judging your will power and personality. prepare a good personal introduction and present yourself strong. be confident and that is enough. dress formal and wear a tie if you can.

You have to generate sales only. You be placed or connect from one of the branch but your full day will be spend visiting clients and in cold calling

Well HDFC Life has office. so you will be reporting at office or at bank, you will get the details of customer where you have to visit also you have to create agent/Life adviser who will sell the policy. about target in the 1st year you will get the training of sale. second year onwards target will effect you. but don't mind target is for all. "if one can achieve you can also. if all can't achieve they know it better".
today all jobs are target base so forget about target just think about if you have interest in sales join it. even 2 year later you will get lot of opportunity with other company.

No don't leave Ujjivan ! Ujjivan is good company and it will give you growth soon, while HDFC sales will create more pressure of sales and it also required to pay fees first. so continue working with Ujjiva its good.
