I owned WPC before they cut their dividend last year. I sold all my shares when they did. I’m still feeling burned by management with their “miscommunication” in regards to it. Maybe I’ll give them a look. As far as EPD - I love this company and I like how the economic climate looks for midstreams. Great video. This is becoming my favorite , go-to UA-cam channel!

Both excellent stocks IMHO and EPD is one of my larger positions that I acquired when it was out of favor a few years ago. One the one hand I love the growth I've had, but on the other hand I would love if it gave me an opportunity to add. Great company IMO. WPC is a smaller position which I've recently been adding to on dips. Like many others I wasn't pleased with the way they handled the change in direction and necessary dividend adjustment that went along with it. I agree with their decision and think it's the right thing to do to improve the portfolio, but it was terribly managed from a PR perspective. Raising the dividend only to then spring the change in direction shortly afterwards necessitating a dividend cut was bad planning, but needed and will make the company stronger. Which is why I not only held my position, but have been adding on dips.
Hey Sam, do you have an opinion on OXY? I know they don’t pay a big dividend, but would you consider them on the same level as EPD in terms of quality company?
Apples and oranges as EPD is a midstream and OXY is a E&P company. That said, I think OXY is a Buy and reasonably good quality. If it is good enough for Buffet, it's probably good enough for you and me.
Sam, everyone is banking on that $7 trillion sitting on the sidelines coming into the market. But what if those with gains from the last 24 months, take profit and they themselves, sit on the sidelines? EPD is a core part of my portfolio.
It's always possible. To be clear, I make no pretense of knowing what is going to happen in the short-term. All I can do is try to put the odds in my favor and set up my portfolio and financial life such that time is on my side and I can patiently wait out any storms.
Thank you...
Thanks Samuel, another good video. WPC is a position I continue to build. I actually bought today more ARE and also CCI.

So glad to hear it - thank you for the kind words!
Appreciate your work.
I have been building up my WPC position since it dropped down into the mid 50s last month. They announced another little dividend increase yesterday.
Can you comment more about LYB? Buying the dip too
What in particular do you want to know about LYB?
@@SamuelDividends your opinion about future perspectives for the company and why it's dropping in price

EPD is a great choice. I’ve owned them for 5-6 years. I have a big position in them.
I own WPC , thank you for the video
You're welcome!
Oh I own them both good size positions.
Still buying LYB? Looking even more attractive than last week and buying the dip here
I'm buying too, but what is causing the drop? Looking attractive
Yes I still like it
