I would have loved to taste the dumplings that chef Jisun except the mala and Chef Sung Hoon's (I also miss him on the show) wafer cone w/fried Jeju black pork - but yeah, Chef Sung Hoon should've thought what to put inside the cone (under) so that the glazed pork pieces wouldn't fall off the cone - like mashed potatoes
