My Grandad was part of the North Africa campaign and he fought through Sicily and what not.

Would just like to say a big thank you to Rebellion. Never in the history of gaming will so many gamers be able to blame Rebellion for the ending of relationships.
Releasing this game on February 14th is an act of signing 'decree nisi' between gamers and their girlfriends. On Valentines Day, Rebellion, you will be cited as the 'other' woman!
Looking forward o this one. Have enjoyed all of the versions that have been produced. Pre-ordered this one months ago. Can't wait for February to come.

Sniper Elite Nazi Zombie Army 1 & 2, Zombie Army Trilogy, Sniper Elite 3 were just reskinned versions of Sniper Elite V2. Damn cheating enemies on SE difficulty, linear story, same weapons, expensive DLCs......

So Sniper Elite 7 will be set in Vietnam I'm guessing.
Snafu Sledge They're soon going to run out of fronts to be on, the first one was set in Berlin, the second one was somewhere in Germany, the 3rd was in Africa, the 4th one is going to be in Italy, 5 is probably going to be France or something like that so that's going to be 1944 probably and 6 is probably going to be on the Eastern Front.

Hi there. As in Sniper Elite 4 and previous Sniper Elite 3 games, we’re not able to show certain Nazi imagery including the flag of the regime in the game in certain regions, and this goes for our trailers too. As a replacement we decided to use a German flag from the early 20th Century, though it pre-dates the Nazi regime. We’re sorry if we caused any offence as this wasn’t our intention!

I know what you mean. It's moves like this that take the historical accuracy out of games. Though I am aware that Germans would ban it. What they should do is make it so it can be taken out in German editions. In the UK there was a comedy called Allo Allo set during WW2 in occupied France, other nations came to view it at the BBC with a possibility to purchase and according to it the Germans absolutly loved it but said they would never be allowed to show it because of the Swastika.
When are we gonna se a Sniper Elite in the Pacific
Hope this is better than SE3. My big problem with that was the limited freedom of movement. Want to hop over that rock that's only 5 inches tall? Investigate the landscape a little more? Nope, can't let you do that! Would be nice to have a 1st/3rd person option as well as I much prefer a 1st person view for better flow.
The new environments are built for traversal, we have a tonne of new or improved moves from ledge hangs (and kills) to vaulting, shimmying, leaping, quick downward escapes off buildings and more. One day we'll show the design map of how much more movement there is in the game (and that's not including the new stealth kills WHILE climbing/around ledges etc) compared to SE3!
