I always miss these live sessions because I forget to check when they are. Two things from this one, one positive, one negative. Negative - regarding signs, whenever my late mother appears in my dreams she's always as nasty to me, or worse, than she was when she was alive, so I don't know what to make of that. Instantaneous death reminds me of grand mal seizures. It just happens and you don’t know it until you come back from the seizure. It’s happened to me several times. When I come back from the seizure, I would most times be upset. I think it’s because I feel like I’m being jammed back into the body or I’m leaving a much calmer state to come back to the body. After all, the seizures came when too overwhelmed.

There was a butterfly in my kitchen the other day!
