CraftlyProDiGys i dont know, but i am at a roger gracie affiliate and we dont really do the self defense stuff. we do sport jiu jitsu, so i wouldnt say it is "gracie jiu jitsu" i dont know about barra but if you dont learn self defense its not gjj in my opinion
