Sorry, but I have to comment again. THIS is exactly what I was looking for. It helps so much to see the patterns, to watch your mouth/lips while doing those sounds and be able to pause or slow down the speed if I need to. There are a lot of tutorials out there but the amount of pattern you´re showing here is perfect to practice! Thank you Tyla!
Bro you are the best please help me in beatbox series I Love the way of your teaching I'm a gamer and wanna surprise my friends with beatbox while I playing game please help me to learn easy and fast ❤
Nice! Sample beats are always useful, and these use a limited number of sounds while covering a good range in tempo. I will say that it took me a long time to watch it though, because although writing down the sound patterns was quick, writing down the rhythm was generally harder. Imitating it isn't *that* difficult most of the time, but with my music background, I really like to have say 1&2&3&4& for straight eighths or 1e&a for 16ths, that sort of thing. Figuring that out took longer, mostly in the middle speed ranges where there were pauses that threw things off of straight rhythms. I don't know how many others would be interested in the rhythm notation, but it definitely helps me to have it. I could post mine if you want and you could correct anything I got wrong, because there are probably a few that I didn't get quite right. Thanks for the video. I'll keep an eye out for the next one to get more practice beats. :)
@Rykiion This was meant to cover the basics! I will have two more covering the basics soon (medium/hard)! If people like them, then I will look into doing other pattern videos with different sounds!
@@TylaDubya glad you spend your time making these sick videos it’s super fun to watch unique beatbox genre stuff! and yeah, as a semi-advanced beatboxer this one was pretty easy but i’m sure the next ones will stump me haha
Here's a concise version of your comment for the beatbox content creator: I love this video! It's super helpful. I started watching your tutorials 3 years ago and have learned a lot. For the next episode, try adding more sound and bass combinations. Also, for beginners, it would be great to include a list of essential sounds to learn or quickly summarize beatbox terminology and sound techniques. That would really help 🤟
This video is for practicing the basics! The 10 basics sounds I use in this video have been taught in two of my prior tutorials (links in description)!
I've been watching beatbox for about 3 years and tried for the first time with this video XD I also tried sounds, like inward k snare, inward bass, liprolls, but I legit dont have single beat. I just have a small control of pitch of some of them but beginner patterns trip me up. Maybe its time to try >;)
Hey. Just wanted to thank you for these tutorial videos. Really enjoying the learning here. Just wanted to ask, how do we manage our breathing in between while beatbox. I often struggle myself in streamlining my breathing pattern while practicing how to beatbox. If you could share insight on that, it could be really helpful!
You don't need to study drums, it can be helpful, but not necessary! I personally have never played drums or studied them myself. If you don't know how to do those beatbox sounds, I have tutorials from them on my channel!

Also I think inward k snare, and rim shot is much easier than a outward k. Just me?
Patterns with b, pf, f, psh is devastating

No idea what a hi-hat, kick, snare are!
Should I study drums before I learn beat boxing?
It seems to be important and related to making the beat

beginners: *poh snare, inward bass, abx roll, polyphonic voice*
old school: *p t k t p t k t*
Oh no.
no basics = no beat
You can know every special sound in the world, but if you dont know the basics its pretty much useless
ayoo irrelevant but i see that skateboard in the back do you skate?
I do not, tried a few times but was never really good at it. The art on the skateboard is from one of my favorite artists so I had to get it!
Mantap bang
teach me k pls
