Since it was a very delicate time for her coming out as a lesbian, it must have been very uncomfortable. Even watching it is very uncomfortable.
Now that Charice has revealed that she is a lesbian, I now understand why she looked a little uncomfortable over the line up of those boys on the stage. You could see she was trying very hard to look at them and try to feel some sort of attraction to them, but couldn't feel anything. I'm happy that she doesn't have to go on hiding anything anymore.
