They are contract dancers for a certain period of time only. Usually stage dancers will also appear from their original MV as they are use to the same choreograph. If you noticed, those dancers that appeared on MVs, will appear on live stage. It's easier to manage.
Those dancers that appear on this MV have to practise the same move (it's easy for them as they are all professional dancers).
