Nice video man! I also went to the same place u had the jhalmuri😂 from dhaka! The place is called jaflong and it is really nice. Long live indo-bangla friendship!🇧🇩🇮🇳
Oh yea! They're a nice bunch of people. I have a few friends from there and if we're together its hard to tell our nationalities as we're all similar in every way we could think of.
Before the British era, the Khasi-Pnar trade with Bangladesh.. After Independence, some of the Khasi and their lands are permanently settled/fall in Bangladesh (Eg: Jaiñtiapur in Bangladesh, Jaiñtia Hills in India..) It's great to have a friendly neighbor, hope the government will not fence the border..
Went there twice from Dhaka, tea plantation and jungle safari is great there, sunset over the surma river was so beautiful. People are really nice there.
Partition should be nullified at the first stage and Bangladesh should be merged to Indian Union....India will be a superpower and a champion nation of Asia.
@@silentsolitude2000 Look who is talking! You guys moan about Bangladeshi illegal immigrants and simultaneously want to merge Bangladesh and Pakistan to make Akhanda Bharat. 🤣😂🤔

If you are to choose between Cherapunji and Dawki, which would you choose and why? We don't have a lot of time so can only do one of the two. Thanks in advance!
It all depends on you. Cherrapunji is the best if you'd like to trek as most places require you to trek a little. Dawki doesn't require any treks and is connected to the road. So if you have less time, Dawki would be ideal. I would recommend to visit Dawki and spend some time there. Then head to Darrang or Schnongpdeng for the water activities as its less crowded and much better
I from Bangladesh, 4:26 dawki is the most earthquake risk if south asia I guess, in 1897 a great earthquake was hit, which was named the great Indian Earthquake, the magnitude was 8.0 according to Wikipedia, in some websites it was told the magnitude was 8.8 to 8.9, even many houses of Kolkata get destroyed at that time. Our Bengal province measured a huge loss at time. Just guess if that earthquake again (may ALMIGHTY save us) what will happened?

Bangla amd India are politically different countries with the same people residing. 🇮🇳🇧🇩🇮🇳🇧🇩🇮🇳🇧🇩. Indian media focuses too much on the western border while the eastern border is mich more friendlier.
People those who are appreciating and loving the borderless moment shared between the two nationalities should instead be concerned about the security and fencing of Indo-Bangla borders, there are many other open border areas in the entire Northest, imagine how easy it is to breach unlawfully into India. You will realize the day they trespass into your area and occupy your space.....jaise bordering states of Indo-Bangla borders in the Northeast mein ho raha hai. Tripura, Assam and Meghalaya are the prime example.
