Your review as usual is spot on. Many reviewer unnecessarily focus on features that have limited use. They abuse Maruti cars for being tinny, no driving feel etc..which is only partly correct. If anyone has driven a Swift 1.3 petrol, you would know how unmatched the driving feel is ...precise steering and a great gear box!
i still feel Maruti makes the best value for money cars by value engineering and part sharing across its portfolio. Without Maruti, many indians would have been devoid of driving a car.

Design could have been still better, but maruti nailed the engine to most refined and efficient. See in india we have cars like this for daily commuting and occasional trips, and avg cruise speeds around 80kmph, and these are build with enough safety features according to indain govt guidelines,and people believe in their responsible driving and surviving on cars like this from decades, these aren't any track machines or high end super cars, now we people madly ask every car 4* 5*.. No any star can save us in an odd situation but our responsible driving do..

I disagree with a point of no star save someone. You need to see a hyderabad polo car falling from bridge at high speed of 90+. There are chances of decreasing injuries if the car is strong.

I am not against this stars.. its always good to have addl safety. but this is a perfect example for such an irresponsible driving and that polo motivates him to do rash driving.. such a small hatchback have 109 bhp of power.. how could it be controlled at such aggressive driving on these indian roads

Even with 5 star safety features are not option to rash and irresponsible driving. Although build quality can be improved. Maruti have been by far better in after sales service and spare cost wise. One the best engine available in indian market.

Accidentally if something goes wrong that’s where safety talk comes into picture.
Which means any miss happening should be manageable.
Have been through this with one of my family member, that’s why I stressed .
Apart from that Engineering is good enough for normal commute.

I don't know why Maruti compromises on interior design as well. Look at the i10 NIOS's interiors, they are way ahead and look inspired. Safety is a different issue too. For all these compromises, every Maruti car in this segment is overpriced TBH.

Rear Power window switch ke wajah se aftermarket hand rest bhi lagana mushkil hai.
Door handles downgrade hai previous model se and request sensor placement odd hai.
Baki same as expected maruti Suzuki product. Best engine, gearbox, average plastic, below average build quality, best in class mileage, looks are subjective but it is not bad looking like espresso or ignis 😅
