A wander around Aylesbury town centre on April 25th 1999 showing Walton Road, Walton Street, railway station, Friarage Road, Friarage Passage, Rickfords Hill, Temple Square, Kingsbury, Buckingham Street and Cambridge Street. Also, one of the last views at the Odeon before it closed.

I knew Aylesbury in the 50s and 60s and worked for Post Office telephones based at Hartwell Sidings on the Bicester Road. A good deal had changed when this film was shot and a great deal more was to come.

Hi Aylesbury Remembered.
I work for Chiltern Railways and I am currently putting together a story for our internal communications to celebrate our 25th anniversary of the franchise. 1 of my tasks is to search out archive footage to grab some still from or use a small piece for a video which is being made within Chiltern Railways.
