See how to put bulb in for glow. Be careful wrap bulb with plastic cover. Make leak proof. Keep all stuff clean. Take your time during job.

LED bulb won't give off that much heat. But clearly needs a warning label to indicate not to use over a 15W lamp.

use a pvc cap and bigger pvc pipe
drill a hole on the cap more than 27mm( E27 )
than you can install the lamp inside
