Some of that is just the video, but I have seen some issues with different ones of the small cylinders not being very consistent with the amount of flame and heat. I have the connector and will be hooking the beast up to the RV 32 gallon propane tank going forward. When it gets hot, it easily hits 450 or more on the surface. That's about as hot as I cook anything so far.
