Very ideal for balikbayans upon arrival . Makapagpahinga overnight before proceeding to their destinations to their families.
It’s good that they have a new one. We were at the old building in 2007 and, unfortunately they were renovating the place. But, we enjoyed the seafood at their restaurant.

Yes the staff were nice but sorry about the cleanliness coz the hotel is not clean specially the old rooms.cockroaches everywhere

Stayed there for a week last April …I found out that there’s no fridge inside the room. It’s just okey for staying for 2 to 3 days. I checked in on my arrival, then stayed another 2 nights when I went shopping to Divisoria. The last time I checked in was one week before my departure.
The accommodation was okey from the front desk , room service and restaurant. The staffs are all friendly . I was almost satisfy with my short stay …only that I noticed that there are some cockroaches and black ants in the room which scared me to death that it will go inside my luggages. Hopefully they will do something about the cockroaches and ants in every rooms.
the room should have a fridge and a microwave especially if you plan to
stay longer than three days.
Omg cockroaches such a deal breaker. Yuck

Doon kmi sa lumang kabayan nag check in before...dyan ang recommended ng mga kaibigan namen...bago kmi umuwi ng bacolod at bago kmi bumalik...
It really is at the most convenient spot close to the most important services that balikbayans and tourists would need. I am sure also that the food and rooms are all affordable. 👍

We stayed to the original hotel 2005 and they have restaurant downstairs too .
2013 nag stay ako diyan sa old kabayan hotel 7days ako diyan, awaiting flight. Mabuti pala at wala na yang mga taong naglalakad/mga nakaupo pa sa harap nang hotel…noong pumasok kami e kalaban namin ang mga tao sa labas. Napakagulo. Thats good na nag-iba na. 👍🏻💖

Salamat at meron na kaung bldg..last time 2021 ung room nmin my ipis sa gabi. So happy na improved na ang Kabayan.
Hindi pa din po ngimproved!dami p din ipis lalo s lumang building.at ung gwardia s basement bastos itrato ang bisita ng guest nila!
buti naman po lumipat na sila, ang hirap kasi ng old location nila,sa tapat ng LRT
Suggest lang po maglagay kayo ng big pots of plants para maganda ang view sa harap. Need magnda facade since the location is not convincing.

We've been there for a week yung na face ang room makati site wala kaming cup even water heater wala din signal wifi.never namin nagamit tv .so bumolo kami jan malapit sa gilid ng chowking paakyat s ahagdan ng mrt /lrt bumili kami ng tasa baso at water hater hindi makapag kape jaan pagdating mo sa breakfast wala ka na makain kung hindi mo agahan magpunta kung maaga ka namaman baka not serve yet .yan na experience ko jan.

0:17 Hello to both of you, I just came across your channel when I was searching for Hundred Islands. I love your coverage of that adventure, so I clicked Subscribe, like & notifications. And then I saw this video... and yes, I booked 2 nights at the Kabayan hotel. I like how you presented it, made me book a room at once. Me & my husband are visiting Luzon in November and we will be traveling around Luzon. And our plan is, everytime we hit Manila we'll stay at Kabayan hotel because it is easy access to different places around Metro Manila. I am wondering though, if it is possible for us to leave our luggages at the hotel whenever we are out of town, traveling. Would you mind asking them, since from my understanding you're staying at their hotel?

I stayed there before, hotel was ok but the surroundings are scary at night.
The Queen double bed is expensive ₱6,000 after their promo…The hotel where we always stay in Poblacion Makati 4* is only ₱3,700 per night good for 4 person n their bed is both King size…there’s Bar n Swimming on Rooftop n Restaurant on the ground floor it’s near in Rockwell😉😉😉

Anjan kami last may but sadly andaming ipis yong room,tapos ang kanilang breakfast ang bata na 11yrs old d sya kasama sa 3pax nakaseparate samantalang nong nagbook kami it was included,ang service nila ok namn but ung room lamg talaga nila ang madumi pati bedsheets may amoy,
Ingat lng mga mag check-in jan kc napadaan ako jan kitang-kita ko sa unahan ko na jeep na may biglang nag snached ng cellphone ng pasahero ng jeep.. Carefull lng po na wag mag cellphone sa public places..😇😇

Try Hotel 101, it’s clean, quite, with fridge, large room, and walking distance to MOA. Front desk answered their phone 24/7. Hotel Kabayan front building is new, but we were taken to the very very back old building, with ants and cockroaches were visible. Room are small. Ghetto area.

My sister and I checked in Kabayan Hotel last year, we were there for like the whole week before flying back home to US, it is a very nice and comfy hotel, food wise masasarap, ang hinanap ko nung mag stay kami, wala silang outlet for charging 110 watts. Unfortunately hinde kami nakapagcharge ng aming mga cell phone and other gadgets, sana man lang they have at least 1 or 2 outlet for 110 watts sa waiting area, kc pagnagtatravel de naman tayo puede magdala ng transformer for charging, yan lang ang comment ko, sana in the near future sa pagbakasyon uli namin babalik kami sa Kabayan Hotel..
Cellphones and gadgets are usually 110-220..
Umiiyak ka dahil lang sa outlet ng charger para sa cellphone BIG DEAL !
Mostly all phones and gadgets like tablets or iPad can handle both 110V and 220V. Puede nyo icheck yan sa likod ng power brick nyo.

Snippet: You obviously will have to do more clearing outside that new hotel as it's out of standards. Hotels; Restaurants; Parks; Capital of Manila and the rest, must be kept within the standards of sanitation and cleanliness. MMDR should remove the clutter outside the hotel on this video and No public parking should be allowed on road side or curb. Don't neglect or forget the rooms on the old building. Napabayaan na, they we're good before....now, the standards dropped, AC are old and blows unpleasant smell, floors are not clean....just checked in last month of August....

So I leave my baggage in that student border room,I went out ask that taxi driver again to drive me somewhere to my niece raquel. I took them with me in that hotel at the same night. Then I start to arguing in that hotel counter to give me a better room than that... VPO.. TY!

Another thing..hope they can have more weighing scale that guests can use.the one they are using right now is not accurate.but one thing good about the hotel is their frontdesk staff,they are nice and accomodating so are the bell boys and cleaning staff.if not for the security guard in the basement everybody are nice.again hope they can do something about the cockroaches in the room.
