If you are permanent medical officer then you can do in-service PG in your state, there you will get good seat in less marks. Theoretically "nothing is impossible", but in practical speaking you are doing job, you are away from study since years so it will be very hard for you to crack USMLE now. Better you focus on NEET PG. (I myself a Medical Officer, doing in-service PG in Pediatrics in Mumbai).

After ecfmg accredition(wfme) 2024 what will the situation for indian mbbs students? Should I go for usmle im a first year student. After 2024 indian med schools won't be certified as they have not been credited by wfme.
Sir i came to know that usmle step 1 will be a pass or fail exam from Jan 2022 onwards...is this applicable only for students appearing for step 1 in Jan 2022 or does it include all students who took exams before Jan 2022 ? I have this doubt because step 1 scores are valid for 7 years....
