I like how you took 3000 DMG while still being in DT
Not even DMC 3 DMD vergil hits this hard when you have DT and equip Beowolf ( 80% less dmg ), not only that but the JC knocked Nero back while in DMC 3 Vergil needs like 3 to knock you back while in Beowolf DT

Yeah. The only reason why vergil is a harder boss fight in dmc3 is because he's just aggressive as hell and his judgement cut storm lasts much longer and covers the entire stage. Meanwhile dmc5 vergils judgement cut end only covers a small chunk of the arena

This is late but have you played the game? To non dt players in this mission jc does like 8 bars of hp i wouldn’t care about a measly 3 bars

I have a challenge for you i like to call the DMC 3 challenge the rules are you can only equip 2 guns and 2 weapons and 1 style the weapons that you can choose are rebellion king cerberus and balrog the guns you can choose are ebony and ivory coyote-a and one of the kalina ann SDT is optional. Can you beat vergil?

I'd go for balrog and king cerberus for weapons, cayote-a and kalina ann for guns, and swordmaster style.
Going Royal guard would be boring easy actually. There would be a bit of running though without trickster and royal guard, but swordmaster with frequent DT and SDT will still make it easy.

Man I wish they put more thought into nero's breaker arm mechanics. It's so fun but once you have inevitably exhausted your supply, there's no coming back... Wish they instead implemented a cool down or a meter system instead of this.

Hell on Earth is broken but 1) on DMD it does half dmg 2) it relies on you holding the enemy in place which isn't easy all the time

U can actually slashing more and dealt more dmg instead releasing showdown or robot rocket arm or shooting tho
