Hey Michael, I happened to watch one of your door knocking videos before this one. In the door knocking one you told the guy (he was shirtless and his wife had just passed) that you went through foreclosure back in 2014. In this video you said it was 2018 and that you didn’t know what pre-foreclosure was, how come you didn’t remember any of your past experience ?
@@michaeldfranke damn I didn’t think you would reply, I really want to get my first deal done I am pivoting to foreclosure so I can get my first. But I see you have a different approach to the subto, with the equity at the end. It’s a really good strategy but I just really wanna whole sale. I am going to get to some foreclosure owners tomorrow and see if I can make it happen. Thank you so much for the answer.

My question is, how do you buy homes being auctioned that’s already been foreclosed on?
They are pre foreclosure that he is speaking of. To buy on the day of auction would be buying a foreclosure home
