Balanced Blade,Aeolus Armor, Fury if Tyr, Judge Talisman with clock enchant.

Can his effect stack with Lanford?

Normally, command effects of the same type or does similar things cannot stack. So I’m pretty sure Lanford, if his gives more higher percent value then Lanford’s effect will be in effect instead of Lovina

They must nerf absolutely broken aoe rush. Click 2 aoe to win without any counter measures it is a cheat

There are counters though. If you have a healer like rozen, then aoe damage is trash. Betty and Juggler also counter aoe to an extent.
