Bakery Inspection: Life Safety

In this video, Rob Claus, CMI®, reviews how to perform the life safety portion of a commercial property inspection in a bakery. He starts by assessing exterior safety elements, then moves through the bakery, looking at fire extinguishers, alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and exit signs and lighting. He also discusses the important role of this portion of the inspection in protecting building owners and occupants, as well as aiding emergency personnel visiting a property.
