I relate so much to Wyatt, especially thinking of myself at his age. For me, working out was a way I built my confidence up. I think confronting it with him earlier is better. he has such a great support system around him and hes clearly extremely talented so I am really rooting for him. Its super tough nowadays, anxiety and self esteem issues are more prominent now than ever due to social media and the current social climate so finding ways to build confidence is essential.
