The world is a melting pot of cultures and for someone who has lived his whole life in Korea, he's well enough Korean even if he looks different. Blacks and Indians born and raised in England are British people. They aren't foreign to the land unless they are new immigrants or migrants. Humans hang on to roots and cultures when they migrate. That's why we have Indian American, Ghanaian American and the likes. This doesn't take away from the fact that the person is American, Korean or British.
