At first I thought it was a shame that the guitars were slightly out of tune with each other, but they're so slightly out of tune that it ends up sounding like a chorus pedal instead. Still not the greatest when it's unintentional, but it's pretty interesting.
Was it certainly unintentional, though? It gives the sound more body than a perfectly tuned pair would and it lends an uneasy feel. I'd compare it to filming with a slight Dutch angle, out of sorts enough to be uncanny but not off-putting. I really dig it, personally
@Nexus Six @Nexus Six Melvin's were just an example IMO it's just noise no melody or really any way to relate to the music other than banging your head against the wall to make it stop.. Black Flag is a classic, but I usually stick to the early 90's redd kross, the posies (or anything Ken Stringfellow is up to) the lemonheads ect.. the lighter stuff really before all of the noise. I just don't think this is really even comparable to Nirvana as even after nevermind they went back to a very grungy style of playing with in utero and insesticide.

@@KJHuston Kurt Cobain would be proud. These girls have one of those rare styles where they can get away with out tune guitars. Ever heard Something in the Way or Polly by Nirvana? The cello player they brought in was aghast by all accounts, having to try and play in tune with that horrible cheap guitar of his, recorded with vocals in one take on one mic, while Kurt was lying on his back on the couch.
Here it is: ua-cam.com/video/JAoP5rgRQEw/v-deo.html I'm not real good at this you know. I suffer from social anxiety. But I discovered that if I listen to same I listened to when I wrote the poem it comes out pretty good. So I'm listening to your song as I'm reading my poem - not bad, hope you like it.
Skating Polly is gonna go far, love this band. Really great kids too, down to earth, funny and just love playing music.
Very cool version of Hail Mary 🖤
A perfect execution is when you feel nothing in the beginning yet feel everything in the end. This was perfectly executed.
Well done. Great song, great harmony. Playing it acoustic is not easy and they nail it.
Wait till it's metal strings
Eu amo vocês duas
Brasil 💚💚💚
I love this group raw
Very cool sound.
Very solid band with very solids songs and solids vocals harmonies... they can be a great band if peoples really listen...
This is just so good....
I love them so much ♥️🔥🔥🔥
so pure
Now she’s heard it a lot
When she couldn’t respond
Tied her guts in a knot
Close call you know
Such a pretty cat
With so much brighter than bad
She’s being eaten for that
Close call you know
She got hit so hard she just got up from the ground
If she ever hits back, I won’t tell
Hey Mary, follow me out and we’ll never walk back
Hey Mary, tell me honestly you’d never want that
Hail Mary, trust me, don’t look back or it’s gonna end badly
As it seeped through her mouth
The crowd was thrown upside down
Lil star was burnt out
My broken shows
She got hit so hard she just got up from the ground
If she ever hits back, I won’t tell
Hey Mary, follow me out and we’ll never walk back
Hey Mary, tell me honestly you’d never want that
Hide they know, they know
Round and round and round we go
Hera says what a waste I should be the star now
Hera says run away or I will run you out
Hera says what a waste I should be the star now
Hera says run away
I will run you out
Hide they know, they know
Round and round and round we go
(Hey Mary trust me)
las amooo ♥
I love ❤ you Skating Polly so free so natural so true so just Polly
Amazing song...this acoustic version sounds greater!! Please come to Brazil as soon as possible 🇧🇷
♡
So gut
That the guitars are out of tune makes it rougher and more honest from my point of view - love it!
独特の声。
民族的な懐かしい音色、歌声の響き。
Both Dark Sky and Hail Mary are really, really good.
Fuck yeah
Kelli has such a cool voice
4:00 Check out Peyton hitting the high notes!

Minhas crushs 😍
surely Kurt Cobain would be delighted with this music.
Cheap out of tune guitars and all. He would be proud.
to clean just like nevermind.
@Nexus Six try the melvins now thats getting there compared to actual "grunge" or w/e its called nevermind was simply cleaned up

This sounds like a girl cover and changed version of some random song from inutero if you didn't know all the songs from the album.
The spirit of Nirvana is a back 👏👏👏
No
Hole
Nirvana? Hole? This is classic Veruca Salt guys, seeing as Nina and Louise were involved in making this one
@@BassOutcast I don't know if they even like Hole. I doubt it since they're friends with Babes In Toyland. Courtney kinda stole everything from Kat.
Come to Mexico pls, here youre welcome
Are you watching miss Swift, real talented musicians.
🤘🏻
the truth
The Path
They came from under the rock
Just wanted
To talk
On the seventh day
When the bees rested
and the radio broke
Reaching up and falling down
In town
They laughing at me
Didn’t know
What I could see
Saw something else
But it wasn’t me
The blind
Always
Stumble over me
I gave them a flower
They used herbicide
To kill a weed
and I know I should look away
But I keep looking back
Someday I’ll be back
I’ll be on top
and I swear to you
I won’t look down
on you
or what was not meant to be

Just wrote this listening to your song, this time I recorded it and will post it when I upload it.
Is this a live version? It doesn't sound like a live version of the song.
Is she Cobain's lost love child? 🖤
👆😎

I think they may have done it on purpose as it gives it a sort of drone?
i wanna write a song with her man
Oh I love this song, although I am not sure the two guitars are quite in tune with one another.
Woolliscroft Woolliscroft It's not.
I like dissonance
It actually works here. One of the darkest and heaviest acoustic songs I've ever heard.
Sounds like Tracy Bowman 🤔
Great performance. It's too bad their guitars are out of tune with each other
from watching them and listening to them, i get the impression that they know. But i don't think they care.

They're doubling up the same guitar part mostly, so detuning one slightly gives a natural chorus and helps differentiate them a bit
Think is punk rock
Sounds like nirvana
RII DA SLAYER or...OR...you could let people do what they want? 😏
Yeah nirvana about a girl
Oi
