The whole department would be wiped off as the state has given IDs and marriage certificates in astonishing numbers to undeserving foreigners in the past. Imagine if foreigners confess who the culprits are in the DHA. There will be a complete overhaul. Chidhima isn't stateless. If you read between the lines you will see that she was born in Nigeria. And it is possible that she has Nigerian documents. Put these together: 1. She was once married and have a child. How long was she married and at what age was she married? It tells you that she came to South Africa years later she was born. 2. She has already qualified for Miss Nigeria Universy. With which documents that make her eligible? Is she using South African ID? Obviously that will not make her a Nigerian. Why didnt DHA cancel the ID for Chidima' mother when they realised that the owner came to register her child. Chidima went on to apply an ID and was issued by the DHA. They shouldnt have issued the ID with a BC which was issued fradualently

She won't be stateless. Nigerian citizenship can be obtained by family descent. If her father can prove he is Nigerian, and his name is on her birth certificate, then Chidinma is legally entitled to Nigerian citizenship by descent.

Can you please investigate SASSA as well. Our 19 yr old ID number was used by someone else. When he applied to receive a R350 grant he couldn't because somebody already used his ID. He still can't get the SRD grant due to this issue. A lot is happening as he is not the only one having this problem.
Another serious matter that DHA should look into is the marriage of Pakistanis and Bangladeshis to South African women. Is there willingness from the department to look into this matter? Many South African women did this and its fraud because their "husbands" do not live with them, they only pay them a mere R300 - R500 per month.

Put these together:

Can you please investigate SASSA as well. Our 19 yr old ID number was used by someone else. When he applied to receive a R350 grant he couldn't because somebody already used his ID. He still can't get the SRD grant due to this issue. A lot is happening as he is not the only one having this problem.
Another serious matter that DHA should look into is the marriage of Pakistanis and Bangladeshis to South African women. Is there willingness from the department to look into this matter? Many South African women did this and its fraud because their "husbands" do not live with them, they only pay them a mere R300 - R500 per month.

If all they are saying here is true,why was Chindinma ID still working for over 20 years whereas the original owner who applied in Pretoria was told someone collected it in Johannesburg and then was corrected and issued a new one,once the new one was issued to the original owner,the fake must have been blocked and then set a trap to make come for reapplication and arrest made…….criminals everywhere,what a shame.

If so who is true Anabela Rongo? How did Chidinma mum become an SA citizen? A close friend says her grandmum is Zulu. Which means the other woman is the thief!

No it means the person who's ID was stolen has no ID at all. And this means that the person cannot go to school , cannot get work , cannot travel outside the country and alot more . I'm disappointed in the HA investigation. All that we hear is about the mother and you wonder if Chidimma did not have a father. Surely they should also check what role he played. Is he here legally? If the mother is deported, the child remains with the link to the father, but now the father is not investigated. And all those old people in there, no one seems to ask anything about the father.
